On the Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products Faculty specialists’ training is conducted according to
the educational and professional program “The Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock”,
specialty 204 “The Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock” branch of science “Agriculturaland Food Science”

Bachelor

Master

Training is conducted at full-time and part-time forms of education.

Degrees:

  • Bachelor – 4 years
  • Master – 1.5 years

The license volume at the first (Bachelor) level is 185 people, at the second (Master) – 180 people.

Applicants for higher education of the first (Bachelor) level under the educational-professional program "Technology of production and processing of livestock products" receive the educational qualification "Bachelor of technology of production and processing of livestock products", who are fully prepared to perform functional professional, organizational responsibilities in production livestock products and its processing.

Graduates with a Bachelor's degree can hold the following positions:

  • technologist for the production and processing of livestock products,
  • beekeeping specialist,
  • animal husbandry specialist,
  • laboratory assistant of chemical and bacteriological analysis,
  • specialist in the organization and management of the farm,
  • dairy production technologist,
  • meat production technologist;
  • and other specialists in the food and processing industry.

Applicants for higher education of the second (Master) level under the educational-professional program "Technology of production and processing of livestock products" receive the educational qualification "Master of technology of production and processing of livestock products" and have advanced professional, scientific and pedagogical training, which enables to perform scientific and production, project, organizational and management activities in the field of both production and processing of livestock products.

Graduates who demonstrate a high level of scientific activity have the opportunity to continue their studies in postgraduate school.

Graduates with a Master’s degree can hold the following positions:

  • technologist-researcher in the production and processing of livestock products,
  • chief technologist, chiefs (other managers) and masters of production units in agriculture and water management, fish farming, fisheries and nature reserves,
