On the basis of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics, Management, Law and Information Technology,
training is carried out on the specialty 073 MANAGEMENT

• for the degree of higher education "Bachelor" - educational and professional program "Enterprise Management"
• for the degree of higher education “Master” - educational and professional program "Management of organizations"
• for the degree of higher education “Master” – educational and professional program "Business Administration"

Training is performed according to the following forms of education:

• full-time;
• part-time.

Training of specialists is conducted according to two degrees of higher education:

BACHELOR / MASTER

Training term:

• for the degree of higher education "Bachelor" - 3 years 10 months;
• for the degree of higher education "Bachelor" (shortened training period) - 1 year 10 months;
• for the degree of higher education “Master” - 1 year 4 months.

The preparation of students in the specialty "Management" is carried out in order to fulfill organizational and managerial, commercial, analytical and research activities in the field of management, marketing and social activation in competitive conditions at enterprises.

Management is viewed as a set of functions focused on the effective use of human, material and financial resources to achieve the goals of the organization. Management is the art of achieving success through leading people.

Managers form the goals of the organization, provide it with resources, plan and control it, make decisions and organize activities. The personality of the manager is the main factor in ensuring the effective development of the enterprise.

A modern manager can perform these production functions:

• a manager leading a large team of people;
• a leader is capable of leading people using his authority, high professionalism and positive emotions;
• a person with certain communication skills which constantly establishes contacts with partners and authorities, successfully overcoming internal and external conflicts;
• a person who possesses strategic thinking and can form goals and main activities for the team;
• an innovator who understands the role of science in modern conditions, who is able to evaluate and immediately implement invention or rationalization proposals;
• a person who has understanding of people and who can use this understanding;
• an educator with high moral qualities which is capable to create a team and direct its development.

During their studies at PSAU in specialty 073 "Management", students can take the obligatory and selective educational components of general and vocational training.

Among the obligatory educational components of general training in the Enterprise Management program on the second (Bachelor's) level of higher education, students take such disciplines as “Life safety and basics of labor protection", "Higher mathematics", "Economic and mathematical methods and models", "Economic informatics", "Economic theory", "Foreign language (for professional purposes)", "Ukrainian language (for professional purposes), ”Jurisprudence” and others.

Among the mandatory educational components of professional training, the following can be noted: "Management", "Brand Management", "Energy Management", "Communicative Management", "Management - Consulting", "Management of Foreign Economic Activity", "Operational Management", "Motivational Management", "Office Management", "Personnel Management", "Style and Image of a Manager" and others.

Students have the right to form an individual educational trajectory by choosing academic disciplines (from the elective part) and creating their own individual professional image.

In this way, manager is a unique profession. The manager is a hired by enterprise multifunctional specialist; production management specialist; the person who is capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of professional activity or in the learning process. And management is organized set of modern principles, methods, means and forms which work for the purpose of increasing manufacturing efficiency and, of course, profit. This profession requires constant improvement of knowledge, the development of practical skills to quickly respond to all occurring changes, an increased interest in self-education and high level of self-discipline. It is the professionalism, responsibility, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit of managers who, in any difficult situation, are able to ensure the success and profit of the enterprise with high efficiency of the implemented practical activities.
